Krista brings over a decade of experience supporting children and families with special needs, guided by a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence‑based early intervention. Her work is rooted in the belief that families thrive when they feel understood, supported, and confident in the care their child receives.
As the Founder & CEO of Poppins & Co. Early Intervention Agency, Krista leads the development of family‑centered services that strengthen caregiver capacity, support meaningful developmental outcomes, and honor each child’s individuality. As both a professional and a parent, she understands that progress is often built through small, consistent steps - and that every milestone matters.
Krista leads Poppins & Co. with the belief that early support can change the trajectory of a child’s life, and that when families feel supported, children flourish.

💼 Full-time | $44,000/year | M–F 9–5
🚗 Local travel required (50–75%)
🎯 Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience working with young children required
